Thalia Wexford

Founder and lead attorney, Wexford Law

Thalia worked in a company’s finance department before she went to law school. She knows how a bill gets approved, and how it gets approved when it shouldn’t.

She started Wexford Law to be the lawyer an insider can reach before anyone at work knows. She takes the first call herself, explains the law without a lecture, and says plainly when a case is too thin to file.

She works from Princeton and sees clients in every state by video. When a client lives nearby she will meet somewhere that isn’t their workplace.

What she takes

  • Qui tam and False Claims Act

How she works with a client

Thalia keeps a short list of cases and answers her own messages. Before anything is filed she tells you what you’ve told her, in her words, so that you can correct it.

She asks for what you remember before she asks for what you hold. Documents come later, in the order and form she tells you, so that nothing you bring can be used against you.

She tells you what a case may cost you as well as what it may pay. Some matters she declines, and she says why.

A few lines is enough. She reads each message herself.
