Privacy
This page explains what the site collects and what the firm does with it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email, phone number and message you type. Like most sites, we also receive basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use what you send only to answer you and to run the site. We don’t sell it and we don’t share it for advertising. We may share it with the services that host the site and deliver its messages, under their own privacy terms.
Please keep the first message general
A form is not a private channel in the way a conversation with your lawyer is. Leave out company names, documents and sensitive facts until you have spoken with us. Please use a personal email and a personal phone.
How long we keep it
Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a reasonable time. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we’ll do it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop writing to you. Call (609) 555-0148 or write to thalia@wexfordlaw.com from a personal account.
