How it works
From what you saw to a filing
Six steps. You decide at each one whether to go on.
- 01
Step 1: You write to me
A short message from a personal email. No company name, no documents. I answer from a private line.
- 02
Step 2: We talk by video
I ask what you saw and how you know. At the end I tell you whether I think there’s a case, and what I would do about it.
- 03
Step 3: We decide what to gather
I tell you which records you may lawfully keep and which to leave where they are. Nothing leaves your hands before that.
- 04
Step 4: You read the agreement
The share, the costs and what happens if there is no recovery, in writing. Take as long as you need.
- 05
Step 5: I file
A qui tam complaint goes in under seal; a tip goes to the agency. You never confront anyone.
- 06
Step 6: The government looks
It can take a long time. I handle the contact, and I tell you when something changes, or when nothing has.
