Fees

One share, written down first

Nothing up front, no hourly bills. I’m paid a share of what you recover, the same share whether your case settles early or goes on, and the share is in the agreement you sign before anything is filed. If you recover nothing, you owe me no fee.

  • Fraud against the government

Qui tam cases under the False Claims Act. My share is figured on the award the court sets for you as the whistleblower.

What the share does not cover

Costs, in plain words

A case has expenses beyond my time. Here is how each is handled.

  • Filing and court fees

I pay them when they come due. You never write a check.

  • Experts and records

If your case needs an accountant or a records request, I advance that cost too.

  • If there’s no recovery

You owe nothing for my time and nothing for costs I advanced.

  • If there is a recovery

Costs are repaid from it, and my share is figured on what remains. The agreement shows an example before you sign.
